Advantage Solutions Workplace Experience Manager in Chicago, Illinois
Summary
The Workplace Experience Manager is responsible for the overall employee experience in and out of the physical agency office locations. While the primary responsibilities are around the physical offices in Chicago, Boston, and New York this role also includes responsibilities for both agency cultural initiatives and IT support.
Responsibilities for Facilities Management include:
Maintain overall building environment — including light maintenance work and // or working with the landlord and // or contractors (electricians, painters and other construction services) to oversee projects, repairs, maintenance work, etc. – across all three AMP offices and one Advantage Solutions office (on-site work is only expected in Chicago outside of specific travel requests)
Escalate office issues across all four properties to appropriate point of contact for each location
Ongoing management and negotiation with building property managers (Chicago & Boston)
Oversee third party contracts and relationships for office services (vending machines, copiers, coffee service, snow removal, etc.)
Manage security and safety protocols — perimeter inspections & lock security (Chicago only), camera monitoring and key card distribution
Coordinate and manage office deliveries, including in-person receiving duties in Chicago
Coordinate with other on site Office Managers in both Chicago office locations on an as needed basis
Restock, and order office materials and food/beverage supplies for both Chicago office locations, ensuring appropriate inventory levels are maintained
Manage room bookings and calendars, and appropriate employee and guest access
Support any in-office meetings and events with pre- and post-activities while supporting the meeting set-up from an IT perspective
Manage Office Supply budgets for all three AMP office locations in conjunction withappropriate point of contact for each location
Local travel between the two Chicago office locations
Support ad-hoc project initiatives for office support, as needed
Responsibilities for Culture Support include:
Support on cultural initiatives on an as needed basis
Coordinate office lunches and events on an as needed // requested basis
Assist withall agency event planning
Responsibilities for IT Support include:
Onsite level 1 troubleshooting support for teammates and guests of the Chicago offices
Troubleshoot basic internet access
Manage employee and guest building access
Oversee meeting room reservation systems
Maintain collaboration and AV technologies in the Chicago offices.
Coordinate device provisioning for teammates in Chicago

Minimum Qualifications
The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job
Education Level: (Required) Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Field of Study/Area of Experience
5+ years of experience in administration encompassing a variety of functions
2-3 years of supervisory experience
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
Good interpersonal skills
Excellent written communication and verbal communication skills
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
Ability to visualize and plan objectives and goals strategically
Decision making skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize duties with minimal supervision, in order to meet deadlines
Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadlines
Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers

Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
