Recruteur
Le recruteur est responsable du développement des candidats, actifs et inactifs, pour les postes à volume élevé dans l’organisation et a une interaction soutenue avec les gestionnaires d’embauche; il a une approche consultative dans la conduite du processus de gestion des candidats afin de faciliter l’entrée d’un plus grand volume de candidats dans le cycle de vie du recrutement.
Recherche de candidats
Piloter le processus de gestion des candidats avec le gestionnaire d’embauche, solidifier le processus d’offre d’emploi et l’acceptation des candidats
Trouver des candidats potentiels à l’aide de systèmes de base de données de propriétés diverses, de sites d’emploi et d’organisations communautaires
Sélection des candidats
Déterminer les spécifications, les qualifications et le profil de compétences du poste
Examiner les curriculums vitae, y déceler les ensembles appropriés de compétences permettant de qualifier les candidats
Mener quotidiennement des entretiens pré-sélection, par téléphone, portant sur le comportement
Communiquer clairement au candidat les attentes à l’égard du poste
Évaluer les candidats par rapport aux exigences du poste, faire avancer le candidat vers l’opportunité d’emploi et présenter des candidats qualifiés au gestionnaire d’embauche
Recrutement
- Gérer le processus d’embauche des candidats sélectionnés, y compris l’organisation d’entrevues, faire le suivi avec le candidat et le gestionnaire d’embauche, préparer les lettres d’offre d’emploi et collaborer avec le coordonnateur concerné pour le processus d’intégration

Recruiter CAN
The Recruiter is responsible for candidate development of active and passive candidates for high volume positions in the organization and has extensive interaction with hiring managers with a consultative approach that drives the candidate management process to facilitate a greater volume of candidates in the recruitment life cycle.
Sourcing Candidates
Drive the candidate management process with hiring manager, solidify offer process, and candidate acceptance
Source prospective candidates using proprietary database systems, job boards, and community based organizations
Candidate Selection
Determine job specifications, qualifications, and skills profile
Review resumes for appropriate skill sets to qualify candidates
Conduct behavior based pre-screen interviews via the telephone daily
Clearly communicate expectations of the position to the candidate
Evaluate candidates against job requirements, engage candidate in the opportunity, and present qualified candidates to the hiring manager
Recruitment
- Manage the hiring process for selected candidates, including arranging interviews, debriefing the candidate and hiring manager, generating offer letters, and partnering with the respective coordinator for the onboarding process
Miscellaneous
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Job Duty
· Interviews hiring managers to access hiring needs and identifies strategic staffing solutions.
· Determines external internet and classified advertising posting sites with awareness of budget allocations.
· Creates recruitment advertisements.
· Sources, screens, and recommends candidates to hiring manager for one to two assigned regions.
· Educates hiring managers on hiring process.
· Coordinates and participates in panel interview process and offers recommendations for hire.
· Coordinates with human resource department to establish complete and competitive offer package and negotiates and extends employment offers and prepares offer letters.
· Performs accurate and timely applicant tracking and status reporting.
· Represents the Company at college and professional job fairs.
· Provides excellent customer service at all points of Customer contact both internally and externally.

Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job
Education Level: AA Degree preferred or equivalent job-related experience
Field of Study/Area of Experience: 2-4 years of experience in human resources and/or professional/technical recruiting
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
· General knowledge of employment laws preferred.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
· Advanced ability to source candidates via internet, advertisements, job fairs, and schools.
· Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
· Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems is preferred.
Environmental & Physical Requirements
Office / Sedentary Requirements
Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
