Responsibilities:
Audit the process errors and document findings to support Talent Acquisition
Review and approve Federal Form I-9s, and resolve issues
Assist with processing pre-adverse and adverse letters for candidates and associates who fail screenings
Fix Onboarding issues to ensure local, state, and federal compliance
Process the hiring of candidates through the company’s Applicant Tracking System
Accurately and completely maintain confidential records and track information using Company and vendor systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
1-3 years of experience working in a professional office environment
1-3 years of Human Resources, Talent Acquisition or Recruiting experience preferred
Keen attention to detail; Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with internal contacts at all levels of the organization as well as external contacts (such as vendors and medical personnel)
Excellent problem-solving skills
Proven ability to quickly and accurately input, review, organize, and analyze data

Position Summary
The Compliance Specialist Talent Acquisition will administer the Company’s policies, procedures, and initiatives, ensuring compliance with state and federal employment laws. This role is tasked withmaintainingand analyzinghiring practices and related data. This position willalsoprovide support in connection withTalent Acquisition’sOnboardingprocess.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Execution
Audit the process errors and document findings to support Talent Acquisition
Review and approve Federal Form I-9s, and resolve issues
Assist with processing pre-adverse and adverse letters for candidates and associates who fail screenings
Conduct rate audits
Handle the execution of wage notices for applicable new hires
Fix Onboarding issues to ensure local, state, and federal compliance
Process the hiring of candidates through the company’s Applicant Tracking System
Compliance Research and Implementation
Research compliance-related directives pursuant to instructions provided by the Legal Department, Workforce Compliance, and Talent Acquisition Compliance
Accurately and completely maintain confidential records and track information using Company and vendor systems
Conduct specific research pertaining to Federal, State, and other employment specific requirements
Ensure adherence to compliance standards set forth by the organization
Implement required actions based on changing employment regulations and standards
Research and provide answers to all other compliance related inquiries involving the duties of the Talent Acquisition department including but not limited to topics pertaining to: Federal Form I9, City and State specific wage notices, background and drug testing laws, and other employment related topics
Help ensure compliance of all internal processes
Assist with other internal TA Compliance related processes as needed
Data Analysis and Reporting
Enter and maintain TA Compliance related data
Develop and maintain accurate reports to track TA Compliance action items
Create and format reports using internal and/or 3rd party vendor software
Perform preliminary analysis of data
Communication
- Send out communication to candidates, clients, and other members of the department

Minimum Qualifications
Education Level: (Required): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Environmental & Physical Requirements
Office / Sedentary Requirements: Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
