Responsibilities:

  • Management of a full range of client team and Sales support team staff, ensuring all client expectations are met. Provides training and coaching where necessary.

  • Manage comprehensive reports for client and Company training and system access.

  • Oversee incoming Client and Client Team Leader requests with prompt accurate responses to ensure Client engagement and needs are met.

  • Administrative functions as directed by Management may include:

  • Ad-hoc report creation

  • Staffing and team statistical data compilation

  • Database creation and management

  • Coordination of major team meeting requirements including facility, hotel, airfare negotiations and arrangements

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GEDor equivalent experiencerequired; Bachelor’s Degreeor equivalent experience preferred

  • 2-4 years of experience in Customer Service, sales, marketing agency, Customer or Client)

  • Strong organization, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to present to large and small groups in a variety of settings

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Team player with a positive attitude

Responsibilities

Position Summary

Responsible for coordination and oversight of all administration functions within the retail division in support of a strategic client. Directs client team positions on-site at client locations and acts as liaison ensuring all Client standards are met.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Management of full range of client team and Sales support team staff, ensuring all client expectations are met. Provides training and coaching where necessary.

  • Manage comprehensive reports for client and Company training and system access.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Hires, retains, trains, coaches, guides, directs, and develops direct reports using company-wide processes, tools and resources

Indirect Reports

May delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports

Minimum Qualifications

Education Level: (Required) High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience

(Preferred) Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

2-4 years of experience in Customer Service, sales, marketing agency, Customer or Client)

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

  • Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers

  • Strong organization, and problem solving skills

  • Ability to present to large and small groups in a variety of settings

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Team player with positive attitude.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Proficient is MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint

Environmental & Physical Requirements

Office / Sedentary Requirements

Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
