Responsibilities:

  • Review and Audit (Internal Audit - IA) of New Hire/Rehires from the ICIMS Applicant Tracking System Report and any separate fall out reports.

  • Audit of all keyed source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the originator for resolution.

  • Maintains Audit & Data Entry requirements by following department standard operating procedures, and by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes or additions.

  • Tests system changes and upgrades by inputting new data; reviewing output.

  • Demonstrates a wide degree of creativity in contributions to various projects, including providing research.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experiencerequired

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry

  • Oracle or equivalent ERP System experience

  • Help Desk ticketing system experience helpful

  • Strong Attention to detail & thoroughness

  • Flexible to evolving processes and changes

Position Summary

Responsible for all data entry functions within Oracle. To include personal, payroll and tax information. Support internal & external teams by answering questions, offering instructions and prioritize special projects. Provide knowledge base and support to management. Perform research, audit and support special projects.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review and Audit (Internal Audit - IA) of New Hire/Rehires from the ICIMS Applicant Tracking system Report and any separate fall out reports.

  • Audit of all keyed source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the originator for resolution.

  • As deemed necessary, prepares source data for system entry by compiling and sorting information (i.e.; Help Desk Tickets and/or email); establishing entry priorities.

  • Maintains Audit & Data Entry requirements by following department standard operating procedures, and by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes or additions.

  • Tests system changes and upgrades by inputting new data; reviewing output.

  • Provides support to ensure accurate completion of miscellaneous requests; including supporting requests from Payroll, TA, TR and HR/ER communities

  • Demonstrates a wide degree of creativity in contributions to various projects, including providing research.

  • Performs a variety of tasks and special projects as assigned by immediate Supervisor – i.e., Concur support documents; manual check printing & filing, others as business needs deem necessary.

Minimum Qualifications

Education Level: (Required): High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience

1-2 years of experience in data entry

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

  • Oracle or equivalent ERP System experience

  • Help Desk ticketing system experience helpful

  • Electronic Associate File system experience a plus (i.e., Data Trak)

Environmental & Physical Requirements

Office / Sedentary Requirements

Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
