Dans notre compagnie, nous développons les personnes, les marques et les entreprises! Nous recherchons un(e) gestionnaire de compte client dédié(e) avec au moins 4 ans d’expérience en couverture de bureaux-chefs et en gestion du « tradespend », principalement en pharmacie, mais aussi en épicerie et chez les distributeurs. Cette ressource sera responsable de gérer l’implantation des programmes de vente et les initiatives de planification stratégique pour un client important afin de garantir que les objectifs de vente soient atteints.
Votre quotidien :
Planification et mise en place d’un plan annuel d’activités promotionnelles (booking d’annonces)
Très grande expérience dans la gestion des systèmes de fonds de marketing/promotion du fabricant pour atteindre les objectifs de vente, maximiser la rentabilité, et ce, tout en respectant les directives financières (tradespend)
Analyse des résultats et ROI sur une base quotidienne
Développer et lancer des stratégies pour saisir de nouvelles opportunités
Capacité de gérer efficacement différents portfolios de différents détaillants
Analyse et gestion des prévisions annuelles de ventes (forecast)
Présentations de nouveaux produits
Atteindre les objectifs de P&L pour chaque client assigné
Mettre en œuvre des stratégies de marketing, analyser les tendances et les résultats pour atteindre les objectifs budgétaires de revenus et de dépenses du client
Compléter toutes les tâches administratives et s’assurer de suivre de près la gestion budgétaire du « tradespend », les déductions, les requêtes administratives, etc.
Vous amenez à la table :
Baccalauréat en commerce ou expérience professionnelle équivalente requise
Minimum 4 ans d’expérience en couverture de bureaux-chefs, principalement en pharmacie, mais aussi en épicerie et chez les distributeurs.
Expérience en gestion
Facilité à expliquer les résultats de ventes et du budget
Capacité analytique pour justifier les résultats, désir d’aller en profondeur pour mieux comprendre et expliquer les problèmes
Expertise dans la gestion des fonds marketing/promotion (« tradespend »)
Bonne connaissance des systèmes Google Suite (Gmail, Google Sheets…)
Doit avoir fait sespreuves dans la production de résultats commerciaux cohérents
Esprit entrepreneurial, stratégique, analytique et créatif
Compétences exceptionnelles en relations interpersonnelles, gestion des conversations difficiles, en communication et en présentation

Customer Account Manager-Canada
In our company, we develop people, brands and businesses! We are looking for a dedicated Customer AccountManager with at least 4 years of experience in head office coverage and trade spend management, mostly within the pharmacy channel, but also within groceries and distributors. This resource will be responsible for managing the implementation of sales programs and strategic planning initiatives for a major client to ensure sales targets are met.
Your daily routine:
Planning and implementation of an annual promotional activity plan (booking)
Extensive experience in managing the manufacturer's marketing/promotional fund systems to achieve sales objectives, maximize profitability, while respecting financial guidelines (trade spend)
On-going analysis of results and ROI
Develop and initiate strategies to capture new opportunities
Able to effectively manage different retailers’ portfolios/listings
Analysis and management of annual sales forecasts
New product presentations
Achieve P&L targets for each assigned customer
Implement marketing strategies, analyze trends and results to achieve client's revenues and trade budget goals
Complete all administrative tasks and ensure close monitoring of trade spend budget management, deductions, administrative requests, etc.
You bring to the table:
Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience required
Minimum of 4 years of experience in head office coverage- pharmacy, grocery and distributor’s channels
Experience in category management and/or account management.
Ability to explain sales and budget results
Analytical mind able to justify results, willingness to go in depth to better understand and explain issues
Expertise in marketing/promotional fundmanagement ("trade spend")
Good knowledge of Google Suite systems (Gmail, Google Sheets...)
Must have a proven track record of delivering consistent business results

Position Summary
The Customer Account Manager is responsible for increasing sales, creating and executing customer business plans, identifying key opportunities and optimizing trade spending to the Company clients at assigned customers. This position has responsibility for managing the day to day interaction with specific customers to drive customer /client sales. Also serves as the customer’s primary point of contact on client specific opportunities and / or issues.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Management of the business (assortment, shelving, promotions, merchandising & pricing)
On-going interaction with key customers (face to face, phone or e-mail)
Develop annual business plans with key customers fully aligned with client expectations
Present all new products and line extensions using client data and support material
Provide on-going opportunities to further increase sales or to close gaps versus plan
Effectively manage trade spending funds to budget while maximizing profitability
Complete all administrative tasks such as forecasting, deductions, etc.

Minimum Qualifications
Education Level: (Required): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Field of Study/Area of Experience: Business
3-5 years of experience in sales (preferably in Food or CPG)
